A Clinical Assistant is a vital member of the care team who works directly with patients and providers in clinics, hospitals, and specialty practices. This role is ideal for those seeking hands-on clinical experience before medical or nursing school.
The Clinical Assistant will work with doctors to room patients, assist with procedure setup, perform point-of-care testing and other duties as needed. They will also manage patient flow and support everything from check-in to discharge.
