    Job Description

    We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our medical and oncology unit at St. Cloud Hospital, a five-time Magnet-designated facility.

    Our patients come from diverse backgrounds and have various medical conditions. As an RN on our team, you'll play a vital role in helping them navigate their cancer journey, providing emotional support, and delivering exceptional patient care.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills, with the ability to interact meaningfully with staff and patients alike.

    Schedule:

    • Full-time position: 72-80 hours every two weeks, working onsite
    • Rotating day/evening shifts: 8 & 12-hour shifts, including 7am-3:30pm, 7am-7:30pm, and 3pm-11:30pm
    • Every other weekend (Fri-Sun) and rotating holidays

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Competitive pay based on experience and degree level
      • Associate/Diploma in nursing: $40.33 per hour
      • Bachelor's in nursing: $41.34 per hour
      • Master's in nursing: $42.37 per hour
      • Pay range: $40.33 - $60.50 per hour
    • Extra pay for evening/night/weekend shifts
    • $3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates

    Qualifications:

    • Current MN RN license and graduate from a nursing program required
    • BSN required within three years
    • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
