As an Individualized Home Support Specialist (IHSS), you will provide personalized, one-on-one support to clients who require assistance with daily living tasks, social activities, and personal growth.

    Your role will be shaped by each client's unique personality and interests, ensuring that your work is engaging and rewarding. You will have the flexibility to adapt to different schedules and activities, allowing you to balance this role with your other obligations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Providing daily living support, including assistance with routines, household tasks, and organization
    • Accompanying clients on outdoor adventures, such as walks, bike rides, or nature trails
    • Engaging in creative activities, like cooking new recipes, arts and crafts, music, or photography
    • Supporting community engagement, including attending events, shopping trips, or volunteering
    • Assisting with fitness and wellness activities, such as exercise, swimming, or mindfulness practices
    • Providing technology help, including assisting clients with apps, social media, or other tools
