Marsh McLennan AgencyDescription:Position OverviewThe Marketing Analyst role designs and builds commercial insurance programs, structures, negotiates and analyzes coverage forms, and produces full proposal presentation documents for the client on all assigned new and renewal business.

These functions are completed within established our marketing timelines.
Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and with external trading partnersStay current on all developments in the insurance industry including coverage form and appetite changesReview and evaluate submission documents to develop and document a winning marketing strategy that meets or exceeds the expectations of our clientsAnalyze and fully compare multiple placement options comparing all terms, conditions, limitations, premiums and retentionsPrepare comprehensive proposal documents in accordance with established policies and proceduresPlan, prioritize and complete day-to-day workload within established marketing timeline requirementsConsistently meet or exceed expectations of clients both internally and externallyOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesRequired:4+ years' experience in Commercial Lines or Insurance Marketing, either at the underwriting, Broker or Agency levelLicensed in Arizona Property/Casualty (or ability to transfer existing license)

Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, to internal and external partiesExcellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detailAbility to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, carriers and peersAbility to work independently and in cross-functional teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)Preferred:
Some college or technical training in related disciplineCIC, CPCU, CRM, CISR designationsPrevious Sagitta and ImageRight experience
