Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates to join an outstanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who prioritize safety, have a friendly demeanor, and aim to thrive in a warehouse setting.

Available Shift:
4-day shift - your working days will be determined upon start date. (12:00pm - end of production hours)

$18.00 Base rate + $1.00 Shift premium
$1,500 Retention bonus
Weekly attendance bonus (Mon-Thurs up to $3 extra per hour & Fri-Sun up to $5 extra per hour)
Performance bonus (up to $10 extra per week; per number of total cases picked per hour)

Job Responsibilities:

- Work in a refrigerated area with temperatures ranging from 32 to 65 degrees
- Accurately stage and sort products for loading
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Stack cardboard boxes and pallets
- Move materials within the warehouse
- Comply with safety requirements
- Package finished products for shipping
- Scan products using a warehouse management system
- Conduct quality control checks
- Identify and remove damaged products
- Log daily activities
- Communicate with associates from other shifts
- Label containers and racks
- Follow work orders and instructions
- Record units handled and moved
- Assemble product containers and crates
- Pack and re-pack containers
- Sort and store perishable goods
- Prepare customer orders and shipments
- Utilize computer systems for record-keeping
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks
- Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- No prior warehouse experience required but preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proficient reading and direction-following skills required
- Ability to work independently, provide excellent customer service, multitask, and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to work overtime preferred
- Comfort working in non-climate-controlled conditions
- Regular, punctual attendance is crucial
- Willingness to adhere to schedule and location requirements
- Complete Penske employment application and necessary screenings

This role is classified as safety-sensitive, requiring constant alertness and a safety-oriented approach. Associates must take responsibility for their safety and that of others.

Physical Requirements:

- The demands of the job require mental and physical acuity, with accommodations available for disabilities.
- Associates must remember and comprehend instructions and communicate effectively.
- Visual abilities such as close vision, distance vision, and depth perception are necessary.
- Physical tasks include frequent movement, standing, walking, sitting, handling objects, and lifting up to 50lbs/23kg.
