    Key Skills & Responsibilities

    Adult and pediatric dosing (cardiac, renal, geriatric, psychotherapeutic, high-alert medications)

    IV preparation, compounding, sterile technique

    Therapeutic medication monitoring and pharmacotherapy management

    Experience with Abbott, Accudose, Baxter, McKesson, Pyxis, and other medication systems

    Managing anticoagulation therapy and high-alert medications
