    Position Summary To perform the cleaning, sanitation, and other functions and duties in accordance with established company policies and procedures, standards, and guidelines; and current federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the campus and as directed by the supervisor by performing the following duties.


    In this role you will:

    Perform daily cleaning of facility floors, ensuring a clean, attractive facilityMaintain floors by sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffingSit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, reach, and move intermittently during working hoursServe as a Van Driver during busy times for transportation driving the van or minibus to transport residents/tenants from individual or central loading area to other destinations according to assigned scheduleCoordinate transportation schedules with resident/tenants and other staff as needed which may entail operating 2-way radio, cell phone or similar device to communicate with campus or other staffMonitor and coordinating the cleaning and servicing vehicle with fuel, oil, tire pressure, lubricants, tire rotation, and similar servicing needs Report any problems, needs, changes in condition or concerns in residents/tenants noted to supervisor Qualified candidates will have: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, but not requiredValid Driver's License with an acceptable Department of Motor Vehicles RecordMust be willing and able to become CPR and First Aide certifiedPrior related work experience preferred, but not required What's in it for you: Competitive benefits package including low premiums, short-term disability, long-term disability, HSA contribution matching, 401(k) with company match, and more Flexible scheduling for many positions including on-call, full-time, and part-time options Competitive wage scales including shift differential for qualifying positions Tuition reimbursement and scholarship programs of up to $3,000 per yearFinancial wellness and freedom through access to your earned wages prior to your pay dateA great culture where we live out our mission "To celebrate life in environments we create by delivering exceptional service and superior value through innovative leadership in personalized care."
