    As an ambassador of the Maison, the Sales Associate will achieve sales targets set by Management and strive to develop a strong client book. Sales Associates provide white glove service by creating memorable shopping experiences and by nurturing meaningful and loyal client relationships thorough personal connections and CRM initiatives. They manage and drives sales by understanding client desires and maximizes sales opportunities to achieve Boutique sales and profit targets and provide excellent client service.

    Essential Responsibilities


    • Provide impeccable, white glove service to clients and be an ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to the Baccarat global standards


    • Demonstrate expert knowledge of products as well as Baccarat history and heritage


    • Achieves and exceed sales goals and key retail KPIs (ADT, UPT, etc.)


    • Proactively use CRM tools to build and retain relationships with our current customer and identify potential clients


    • Proactively avoid customer service issues by finding meaningful resolutions for customers and using best-in-class customer service


    • Maintains awareness of all current marketing and promotional activity


    • Cultivate a robust client portfolio to secure a proactive and growing business


    • Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor when needed

    Hourly Rate: $20.00-$22.00 depending on experience + industry leading commission plan
