    The DepartmentCAA Brand Consulting is a strategy-led, full-service marketing agency with expertise in Cultural and Consumer Insights, Data and Analytics, Talent/Influencer and Property Partnership Advisory, Experiential, Social Impact, Creative Services, and Content and Digital Strategy.

    The RoleThis individual will work as a Digital Manager, Talent & Influencer in the Brand Consulting department supporting client account teams.

    This position focuses on content creator/digital talent, and influencer partnerships for various corporate clients and is most suitable for those with strong experience in the content creator/digital talent and influencer space and content strategy.


    Responsibilities Key Areas of Focus:

    Talent/influencer strategy, ongoing talent relationship and partnership management, ensuring influencer programming consistency, developing new influencer considerations and measurementInfluencer talent management for brand campaigns, on-site activations, social media activations, talent, entertainment, and sports partnerships, etc.

    Identify, recommend, negotiate, and manage relationships with digital talent, content creators, and influencers.
    Develop and maintain client / internal talent status trackersManage administrative elements of partnership creation - contracts, payments, etc.
    Handle product shipment requests, event invitations and logisticsOn-site talent management where necessaryMeasurement and reporting development in partnership with analytics teamManage social calendar strategy on behalf of talent partners and brand clientsExecute VIP care/white-glove service with talent on behalf of brand with excellenceLiaise with talent and talent reps, fielding incoming questions and overseeing deliverables (i.e. posts on time and schedule)Strong knowledge and connections within digital talent ecosystem. Refined POV on best practices, strategy, appropriate channel deliverables, etc.

    based on brand objectivesDevelop talent & influencer strategies inclusive of overall usage, strategic POVs and recommendations on new and existing influencer extension requestsAbility to brief talent/content creators on brand creative and channel needs, content deliverables, creative direction, etc.

    Build and manage yearly content calendars based on lines of business and campaign prioritiesOversee campaign recap deck development inclusive of measurement, links, screengrabs and key learnings.

    RequirementsBachelor's degree in Arts, Business or the equivalent experience preferred6+ of experience in digital marketing/social media/content creators/digital talent/influencer marketing. Work experience at a talent agency, entertainment company, social media company, management company, or content company preferred.
    Strong relationships with talent agencies, influencer agencies, management companies, etc.

    Strong understanding of talent/brand partnerships and content creation, including experience on-set during production/content shootsInterest in entertainment, sports, lifestyle and pop cultureStrong experience with all Social Media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitter, Tik Tok, Twitch, etc.)Experience in utilizing online benchmarking tools to capture results and optimize accordinglyExperience in presenting KPI's with clients and make strategic recommendations based on quantitative analysisTechnologically Savvy (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Keynote, Photoshop)Collaborative, able to pivot and take on new tasks quicklyPolished written and verbal skills.

    Strong at communicating in written format through well-crafted email correspondenceOrganized and able to multi-task to keep up with demanding client needsSuperior attention to detailStrong sense of initiation and informative by nature.

    This role is onsite/in office Tuesday thru Thursday and remote Monday and Friday.


    Compensation:

    The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $86,000 - $113,000 in New York and $77,000 - $105,000 in Los Angeles.

    This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus.

    Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
