    E4H Architecture is a 100% healthcare and health sciences firm dedicated to creating flexible, creative environments that enhance health and well-being.

    We're seeking a Project Manager to manage the organization of key client projects.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Managing all aspects of multiple small to midsize projects.
    Serve as project nucleus for clients, project team, consultants, and other stakeholders.

    Estimate design fees, determine scope of work, solicit consultant proposals, and prepare comprehensive team proposals and contracts for Partner or Associate Partner review.

    Serve as the primary client and consultant liaison to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction.

    Actively manage project budgets, meeting minutes, client expectations, schedules, project communications and documentation, office administrative tasks, and project team assignments.

    Provide technical expertise and oversight of document development for multiple projects ranging in size and scope.
    Ensure quality control on all design team deliverables.
    Lead project team to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
    Collaborate with other E4H Project Managers to assign and manage project staffing needs.
    Provide mentorship and oversight of the work of less experienced technical staff.

    REQUIREMENTS
    Minimum Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management or Project Management.
    Ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in project management, construction administration or related field.
    Competency with digital tools skills including Bluebeam, MS Office Suite (including MS Project), Deltek, and NewForma. REVIT experience is a plus.
    Experience working in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.
    Collaborative by nature with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    Architectural licensure is a plus, but not required.
    Experience delivering complex life science or healthcare projects is preferred.
