    Description:

    • Ensuring a strong factory floor QA presence within the Manufacturing and Packaging areas
    • Manage relevant site Quality Management Systems, including management of KPIs, trends and improvement activities.
    • Conduct timely reviews and approval of manufacturing/ packing documentation and records
    • Lead GMP compliance activities to the required quality standards
    • Drive continuous improvement activities through challenging current working practices with a view of improving efficiencies and quality standards
    • Review quality issues and business priorities are addressed, escalated appropriately and resolved in a timely manner
    • Effectively lead quality investigations, communicate with customers in relation to major changes/investigations and chair incident meetings
    • Apply problem solving capabilities to determine root causes of issues and identify effective CAPA to increase right first time and improve efficient and reduce operating costs.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • BS in Science related field
    • 1-3 years of cGMP pharmaceutical experience preferred, food & beverage or cosmetics experience, etc. okay
    • Experience with Root Cause analysis, CAPA's, Deviations, leading investigations, and supporting batch release process.
