    We're hiring a full-time team member to provide customer service and sales support for our exclusive clients.

    The Junior Account Manager will play a key role in maintaining high customer satisfaction and delivering excellent service on behalf of our clients within the community.

    Comprehensive training will be provided to understand the product line and effectively communicate product details to customers. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential.


    Responsibilities:
    Interact with customers through residential outreach campaigns to inform them about our clients products and servicesEngage with customers, learning their needs and recommending the appropriate products and servicesProcess sales orders and assist with the enrollment process of new customersTake initiative to resolve issues and handle complaintsUtilize training materials effectively for a smooth transition into a team leadership role Requirements:Excellent attention to detailTeam player with strong communication skillsPrevious customer service and sales experience is a plusOrganized and personable with a comfort in daily customer interactionsQualifications:Desire for professional development and willingness to take on new responsibilitiesSelf-motivated and comfortable working independently or as part of a teamPrior experience in customer service or customer relationship managementAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent #LI-Onsite
