    Job Description Job Description Healthcare Financial AnalystAccountingAnnouncement #3258566Jefferson Healthcare is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our accounting team and support our operational leaders.

    In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering impactful reporting and analysis that pull data from a wide variety of sources - revenue cycle, electronic medical record (EPIC), accounting, HRIS & even payroll.

    You will be able to do Epic clarity reporting and will be able to translate data in a way that is digestible by operational leaders.

    This role is part financial analyst and part data analyst.

    As a Financial Analyst, you will support business partners and operational leaders including to understand things like what revenue a service line is bringing in and how profitable the service line is.

    Your expertise will be leveraged to develop and implement comprehensive reporting and analytic solutions that analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

    As part of our collaborative accounting team, you will play a critical role in informing strategic decision-makers and operational leaders, helping ensure that our financial operations align with the mission.

    Our ideal candidate is experienced in financial analysis in a healthcare setting and maybe even has Critical Access Hospital (CAH) experience .

    You have experience with Epic ; you have clarity report writing experience and also have some familiarity with the revenue cycle.

    Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, informatics, mathematics, statistics, or related field OR equivalent experience in lieu of degreeModerate to strong report writing capabilities to pull and organize data from various financial and clinical systemsRequires an analytical mind, strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, inquisitive questioning, and ability to integrate data from multiple sources.

    Proficient understanding of generally accepted accounting principles required.
    Excellent communication skills to include written and oral required.

    Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, informatics, mathematics, statistics or related fields preferredClinical, financial or operational experience preferredlnfor/Lawson, Strata, and/or Symplr experience preferredEpic experience helpful and Epic clarity report writing experience and/or certificate very helpfulSchedule : 1.0 FTE; Day Shift, Remote/HybridThis position will remain open until filled.
