    Collins Aerospace is currently in search of an On Campus Site Manager who will be responsible for overseeing teams engaged in sustainment and operations activities within the Air Force Distributive Common Ground System (AF DCGS). The chosen candidate will be stationed full-time at Beale Air Force Base in California, working closely with our esteemed customer. This role mandates an onsite presence during regular business hours from Monday to Friday, with flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the needs of both our company and the customer. This position is located at Beale AFB, CA and is eligible for relocation.

    Primary Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for our DGS-2/Beale AFB (USAF customer) and contractor interactions.
  • Site Lead / company representative for our DGFS GEOSPATIAL / DSFS (SIGINT) contractual and corporate company collaboration efforts.
  • Responsible for ensuring all contractual requirements are execute with accordance to contract statement of work (SOW) and our contractors supporting mission positions based off the contract performance-based work statement (PWS).
  • Responsible for ensuring that all contractual deliverables are accurately delivered within the scheduled time.
  • Responsible for hiring, staffing, team building and scheduling requirements.
  • Determine overall site objectives which are aligned with company and customer objectives.
  • Responsible for rewarding performance through annual reviews and out of cycle rewards.
  • Senior Representative for Safety program implementation and reporting.
  • Participate and conduct telecons on technical and operational items with the local site and DCGS enterprise.
  • Ensure team members have the resources (supplies, infrastructure) necessary to effectively complete their tasks in a safe manner.
  • Qualifications/Experience Needed:

  • Security+ or higher DoD 8570 certification.
  • Experience with BOTH military SIGINT and GEOINT domains across various platforms plus their corresponding ground station processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED).
  • Expert knowledge in at least one domain SIGINT or GEOINT, with experience as a discipline lead.
  • Prior experience building and facilitating effective teams working across shifts.
  • Proven track record interfacing with military leadership specifically senior military leadership 0-6/E-9 level & above.
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI Security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • CISSP is preferred.
