The City of Fishers is seeking a full-time Laborer for the Parks Maintenance Division of the Department of Public Works. Do you enjoy working outdoors? Do you take pride in a job well done?- The Department of Public Works (DPW) Parks Maintenance Laborer position is an integral part of a team that helps make the City of Fishers a vibrant community.
- You can make a difference in many areas of the community by working with other dedicated professionals on maintenance and upkeep of over 1300 acres of parks and school grounds that include: 120 state-of-the-art baseball/softball fields and athletic fields; more than 500 acres of common area; and someof the most innovative playgrounds and passive parks in the state.
- This position also serves a key role in special community events (concerts, 5K runs, SparkFishers, and other events).
