- Shift: Full-Time, 3rd Shift

- Oversee off-shift operations entirely while achieving essential performance indicators such as safety, quality, cost, and service
- Supervise production and other departments as necessary
- Supervise the team by handling recruitment, coaching, performance assessment, and talent development
- Operate within labor and OPEX budget parameters
- Regularly check and adjust production processes according to standard operating procedures
- Verify the efficiency of the production line during start-up
- Lead changeovers effectively
- Maintain overall package and product quality, ensuring compliance with all standards and specifications
- Execute process enhancement projects
- Analyze operational data to unearth business prospects
- Carry out additional projects or duties as delegated
- HS Diploma/GED, minimum 3 years of experience in consumer products manufacturing, food and/or beverage industry, and 1 year of leadership in people management
- Proficient in managing performance metrics
- Self-driven and disciplined team member
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Capable of identifying and resolving process, system, and mechanical malfunctions
- Competent in computer applications and databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Successful completion of post-offer background check and drug test is a requirement for this role
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other Organizational Effectiveness methodologies
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
