    Overview


    Stellar is seeking to hire a Director of Marketing who will lead our marketing department and be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our design-build construction services nationwide.

    The Director of Marketing will oversee the marketing team, manage the marketing budget, and ensure our brand message is consistent across all channels.

    Responsibilities

    Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
    Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services
    Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure cohesive project branding and marketing
    Direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services
    Oversee the creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials
    Design print ads and publications, ensuring all marketing materials align with brand strategy
    Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
    Oversee the company's marketing budget and ensure effective budget spending
    Manage and refine the organization's social media presence and website
    Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications
    Cultivate relationships with key industry players and organizations
    Participate in lead generation for the Sales team
    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
    10+ years of proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within the design-build construction industry
    Strong understanding of current marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
    Experience in a digital marketing environment
    Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills
    Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools
