Job Summary

This position oversees daily operations in cultivation, processing, and production to ensure optimal workflow, facility maintenance, and product quality. Key duties include supervising team members, maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company standards, monitoring plant health and production metrics, ensuring equipment and facilities upkeep, and coordinating with management to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications listed below.
Must be 21 years old or older.

Education/Experience:

A High School Diploma or a General Education Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
One (1) year experience in processing or managing a production facility.

Physical Abilities:

Regularly sit or stand for long periods of time doing repetitive tasks with hands, pull/push, carry up to 10 pounds, and grasp.
Frequently walk, reach, talk and hear.
Occasionally climb, stoop/crouch, crawl, carry up to 25 pounds, taste or smell.
Clearly see 20+ feet, with or without corrective lenses and differentiate between colors (no color blindness).

Computer/Technical Ability: working knowledge of: Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software, Metrc and Bamboo software, and Internet software.
Dependability: ability to follow instructions, both in written and verbal format; ability to respond to management direction; ability to complete tasks on time or notify the appropriate person with an alternate plan when necessary.
Interpersonal Skills: ability to maintain satisfactory relationships with others, excellent customer service skills and a good overall understanding of appropriate human relations.
Judgment: ability to make prudent and timely decisions; ability to exhibit sound and accurate judgment; ability to explain reasoning for decisions.
Language Ability: ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Ability: ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume; ability to apply concepts of basic algebra
