    We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Collections Specialist to manage delinquent accounts and support timely debt recovery. The ideal candidate will communicate professionally with debtors, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure full compliance with client standards and federal regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Manage an assigned portfolio of delinquent accounts and drive timely resolution.

    · Contact debtors via phone, email, and written correspondence to discuss outstanding balances, payment options, and negotiate repayment plans.

    · Accurately document all collection activities, including communications, payment agreements, and relevant account details, in compliance with client and regulatory guidelines.

    · Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, providing clear and accurate information, and addressing concerns professionally. xhuatnn

    · Use skip-tracing tools and techniques to locate debtors with updated or difficult-to-find contact information.
