We are seeking a personable individual to work with clients as a Showing Agent. This role involves assisting with putting out signs and flyer boxes, measuring homes, and coordinating showings on a timely basis.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors


• Oversight of the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction


• Coordination with clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule showings


• Gathering information about potential homes and local communities for buyer questions
