    *Join the team of 2 physicians and 5 ARNPs
    *Outpatient only opportunity
    *Very busy instant practice
    *Minimal call- phone only
    *Diabetes management, Type I & II diabetes, pump and sensor therapy, diabetes education, medical nutrition therapy, pump starts, full spectrum endocrinology, & weight loss.
    *Teaching opportunity for Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Residents, ARNP/PA students, and medical students
    *$286, 989/year base salary
    *$100,000 bonus package
    *Up to $15,000 moving allowance
    *Benefits Start day 1 of Employment

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required. Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible. Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges. Above average communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
