Currently, we have an opening for the role of Account Manager - Physician Office Lab (POL) within our Abbott Rapid Diagnostic division.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifying and seizing sales opportunities.
• Establishing, cultivating, and nurturing business relationships.
• Strategically developing Point of Care (POC) Sales prospects.
• Executing sales, marketing, and national account initiatives as per directives.
• Enhancing competitive product knowledge.
• Contributing to regional growth by aligning with Account Managers' goals.
• Supporting complex sales through technical expertise.
• Achieving set sales objectives while managing the territory's budget.
• Overseeing sales performance of distributor sales forces, offering training and guidance to effectively represent Abbott products.
• Assisting distribution partners with product sales through training, technical support, and marketing assistance.
• Acting as a key resource for contract negotiations and customer issue resolutions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA

• BA/BS in sales, marketing, business management, or life science.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in medical diagnostics or B2B sales.
• Familiarity with working alongside Distribution Partners.
• Proficiency in sales techniques and methodologies.
• Proven track record in executing successful sales strategies.
• Demonstrated accomplishment in POC and Capital Equipment sales.
