    IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

    The IT Support Specialist will take a customer-centric approach to provide an exceptional user experience for clients and staff. They will achieve this by proactive evaluation of infrastructure, hardware and software, supporting clients and staff and collating data to inform IT Service Management and Software Development frameworks.

    Responsibilities

    • Support Microsoft, Linux and AI-powered IoT hardware and software
    • Troubleshoot new and unknown issues on proprietary hardware and software
    • Document defects and issues and solutions, highlighting emerging patterns
    • Support staff use of Microsoft, Apple, Linux and Android computing infrastructure and application

    • This is a full-time permanent position, 40 hours per week with the flexibility to work from home when necessary.
