    Do you have extensive experience leading B2B channel marketing and partnering with sales leaders on initiatives that drive business growth? We're looking for a strategic and resourceful senior leader to activate marketing programs and enablement for our Global and North America managed sales channel. Reporting to the Global Channel Marketing Lead, this person will thrive in a dynamic environment - quickly building subject matter expertise, positive cross-functional relationships, and impactful deliverables to engage and educate customers about our advertising solutions. Deep understanding of performance marketing and the AdTech landscape is ideal. Prior success collaborating with sales leaders to support joint business plans is beneficial.     Key Qualifications
    15+ years direct experience working with senior executives and sales teams to activate revenue-driving B2B marketing initiatives

    Strong grasp of North America market dynamics, as well as standard marketing and business metrics

    Demonstrated interest in AdTech and performance marketing

    Adept at navigating through ambiguity to move things forward - from business insight to channel strategy to in-market activation to measurement and optimization

    Skilled at discussing and debating ideas in a collaborative way, leading through influence and driving focus, and maintaining positive cross-functional relationships as challenges arise

    Self-starter who consistently delivers excellent work, backed by critical thinking and superb project management

    Extraordinary written and verbal communication

    Possess unquestionable personal code of ethics and integrity

    Description
    The Channel Marketing Lead for Global + North America will develop and expertly activate plans to engage senior brand and performance marketing decision makers, demonstrate the value of Apple advertising in the media mix, and accelerate regional and segment business growth. As the trusted in-region subject matter expert on Apple's advertising solutions, this person will take the lead on tuning deliverables for local audience and segment opportunities. They will effectively collaborate across extended marketing, sales, commercialization, and insights teams to seek ongoing feedback and differentiate our advertising solutions, strengthen channel messaging, and expand our customer engagement efforts.

    In this role, you'll tailor global programs and activate channel marketing initiatives for North America and Global accounts - managing multiple projects, priorities, and overlapping deadlines with ease. Day-to-day responsibilities may include writing project briefs and plans, developing and adapting executive-level messaging and sales enablement materials (e.g. presentations, email templates, customer leave behinds, etc.), running in-person and virtual events and customer summits, collaborating on go-to-market plans, evaluating and reporting on marketing impact, sharing clear updates and adapting communications for different internal audiences, and more. Strong attention to detail, effective project management, focus on continuous improvement, and a pulse on regional market dynamics will be necessary for success in this role.

    Education & Experience
    BA/BS or above in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
