Description
We are looking for a positive and professional Logistics Customer Service Representative to join our team in Los Angeles, CA A leading freight forwarding company within the perishable goods industry is seeking an eager and outgoing team member to join their expanding organizationAs a Export CSR your main priority will be providing excellent customer service while processing orders, entering data, and maintaining continuous communication with clients and staff members.
Related specific responsibilities will include:
Provide customer service via email and phone
Impute and process orders within provided system
Update dealer information within company database
Answer all customers questions and provide relevant information
Track and trace freight shipments for customers/clients
Assist with light accounting tasks
Processing international export documents
Booking air space with airlines
Communicating status of booking with customers
Work directly with warehouse and drivers to ensure our customers' needs are met
Perform general clerical duties
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years of customer service and clerical experience
Minimum 1 year of Excel and Word experience
Logistic experience is a PLUS
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Eligible to work in the US and pass TSA background check
