    About the Role:
    AlphaSense is looking for a Senior Workday Analyst to join our People Systems team.

    The Senior Workday Analyst will be established as a Workday super-user providing day-to-day user support and troubleshooting of system issues in production.

    This position will dedicate 40% of their time to Workday production support in business processes and data management and 60% to support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.


    Who You Are:
    At least 3-5 years of HRIS/Workday HCM system experience. Workday experience required.

    Proficiency in Workday HCM, with knowledge of Workday Pro as a bonus

    Strong understanding of Workday system design, configuration, and administration

    Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively while demonstrating a sense of urgency

    Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

    Willingness and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, features, and functionalities within the evolving Workday platform

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and analyze data

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills and the ability to explain complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience

    Ability to learn technology quickly through both instruction and self-training/research, investigation of complex issues, and lifecycle testing

    Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, IT, and external partners. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships are important for successful teamwork


    What You'll Do:
    Experience with Workday modules, especially the Time Tracking and Benefits, is preferred. Experience with Greenhouse and Workday integration is a bonus.

    Act as the primary contact for daily technical and operational support related to Workday HCM. Assist with all system queries and issue resolution.

    Proficient in Workday configuration, including the ability to set up business processes, security roles, and data integrations. Knowledge of report writing, calculated fields, EIBs, and Workday Studio is also expected.


    Possess a functional understanding of HR and business processes along with the ability to translate business requirements into effective Workday configurations and solutions.

    Proficiency in HR best practices and compliance regulations is a must

    Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to HRIS team members and end-users on Workday best practices and system usage.

    Conduct regular audits of data and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.

    Manage and maintain supporting documentation, including operational guides and FAQs

    Assist with regression testing, controls, and documentation for new functionality and configuration changes

    Stay updated on Workday releases and new features, recommending and implementing improvements to maximize system capabilities

    Assist with testing and implementation of file feeds and interfaces for any add-on technology to our HRIS as needed

    Base Compensation Range* :
    $90,000 - $120,000

    You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.
