    JOB SUMMARY

    Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Human Resources Operations Director will play a crucial role in ensuring that PIP Has effective HR processes, systems, programs and policies to support the organization's global people needs.

    You will work closely with HR team members, leaders, and other stakeholders to enhance the PIP employee experience, streamline HR operations, and drive efficiency

    YOU ARE
    An HR Process Expert

    Develop, implement, and evolve HR processes, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance, efficiency, and accuracy in areas such as employee onboarding, orientation, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, employee records management and offboarding.

    Promote harmonization of global people practices while ensuring customization to meet local business needs and unique regulatory requirements in certain jurisdictions.

    Develop standard operating procedures, streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and leverage technology to enhance the employee experience and drive organizational effectiveness.

    Collaborate with HR Business Partners to provide support in tracking and monitoring trends related to employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, complaint investigations, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation.

    Skilled with Employee Data Management and Analytics
    Ensure accurate and confidential handling of employee data and ensure compliance with HR-related data privacy and security protocols.

    Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to generate reports and provide insights to HR leaders and other stakeholders and maintain HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making to enhance the employee experience.

    Knowledgeable in Employment Law and HR Best Practices

    Stay up to date with US employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices and align policies and procedures to ensure compliance with changing laws and regulations and in partnership with practitioners globally, develop a methodology to coordinate regulatory compliance in each jurisdiction where PIP operates.

    Focused on Efficiency and Continuous Improvement
    Focus on continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency.

    REQUIRED SKILLS FOR SUCCESS
    5+ years of experience in HR operations with a minimum of 10+ years of overall HR experience
    Strong knowledge of HR processes & process mapping, systems, and best practices
    Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR-related software
    Understanding of US state and federal employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
    Strong business acumen and an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data. generate meaningful insights and drive organizational results
    Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience presenting and facilitating
    Ability to scope projects, identify objectives and deliver timely results while balancing multiple priorities
    Leadership and project team management skills
    Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive change
    Experience working with global employee populations
    Master's Degree preferred
