Overview The Occupational Therapist performs evaluations, establishes goals, and plans the Occupational Therapy treatment programs referred by a physician.

The candidate provides direct patient care and provides treatments focused on improving or restoring a patient's ability to function at maximum levels of independence with skills basic to living.

A. Education1. Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational TherapyB. Experience1. One year of experience as an OT required2. Preferred experience in rehabilitation and/or long-term careC. Licensure1. Current OT license in the state of Georgia or Alabama as determined by job location
