Job Title: Retail Marketing Manager at JULIUS RYAN CLOTHING

Retail marketing managers play a crucial role in leading the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that elevate brand images and resonate with the target audience.

Responsibilities:

- Leading the CRM lifecycle from purchase to service
- Managing the store signage program with customized design options and co-op incentives
- Overseeing cross-platform rebranding efforts for aesthetic consistency and engaging content
- Implementing logistics and manufacturing solutions while handling product assortment and pricing strategies
- Utilizing Nielsen data for market trend analysis and category recommendations
- Developing retail sales platforms using data insights to drive profitability
- Supervising CRM activities, sales analytics reporting, and website optimization for SEO
- Strategic planning and product management across retail distribution channels
- Ensuring adherence to cash handling and POS operational procedures
- Collaborating with external agencies on POS development and account-specific promotional materials
- Working with national accounts team on KPI goals for retail chain stores
- Driving qualitative and quantitative sales management strategies against supplier KPIs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
Proficiency in data analysis for making informed decisions
