    Facility will ACCEPT LOCALS for this position. ALL RTO requests must be in the packet at the time of submission. Anything sent after, will not be approved. LOCAL RATE (UNDER 50 MILE RADIUS) $72 3 East Telemetry. Min 1yr RN m/s tele expr, 2 yrs is preferred. 12H night 7p-7:30a. Every third weekend required. Holidays will be rotated. No on call. Cardiopulmonary Unit.


    Pt pop:
    Adults-stroke; r/o TIA; regular med surg; MI;


    Ratios:
    1:4-5. Start IV; insert NG tube; Heparin drip; Lasix drip; High flow O2. Can float to MS/TELE/IMC. Epic EMR. BLS is required, must be in packet at time of submission or they will be dropped. ACLS & NIHSS are REQUIRED. Must have active MD/Compact license in packet at time of submission, no temp licenses allowed.
    COVID vaccine required. Medical Declination accepted, Must have signed and authorized documentation from Physician in packet or submission will be dropped. Flu Season begins 10/2/2023.

    Any candidates starting after 10/2 must have their Flu vaccine or a valid Medical Declination in the packet at time of submission or they will be dropped.

    Manager will interview and offer.***UMMs will not accept professionals that have attended one of these schools identified by the DOJ.
