- Must have a minimum of 2 years of family law experience in a law firm environment
- Must have a Florida Bar license in good standing
- Must have experience regularly handling evidentiary hearings and trials in a divorce law practice
- Must have the confidence and ability to handle all aspects of client representation from initial meeting through trial and be able to assume a lead role on all assigned cases
- Must have exceptional writing and drafting skills
- Must have exceptional communication and listening skills
- Must have the patience and compassion to work with older clients who will require "hand holding" and be passionate about empowering them
- Must be comfortable working within a structured system with a project management philosophy
- Must be comfortable learning new technology/methods of handling family law cases

This position is full time (minimum of 25-35 billable hours per week), allows for a flexible schedule and, once trained, is remote when client services work does not require otherwise.
