    Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

    Coordinate ad plans, ad designs, and ad content with third-party designers as well as the main marketing departmentHandle marketing and inventory stock boat projects as assigned including: Banners, e-blasts, price/spec sheets, coordinate photos, etc.

    Create, organize, and prepare content for U.S.

    sales and marketing materials and brochures, working with outsourced graphic designer(s) where necessary, such as series brochures, stock boat brochures, by the numbers, etc.


    • Maintain Dropbox and Mailchimp organization for materials, contacts.
    Filed and updated.

    Create and manage online listings with images, info, and pricingPlan & coordinate marketing photo and video shoots as needed with third party(s), including delivery ceremoniesGenerate and perform U.S.-based public relations campaigns to industry press; release shipyard press releases as requested, maintain relationship with ad reps, bloggers, manage yearly ad/marketing calendar and appointmentsWhen necessary and the work cannot be done internally, oversee 3rd party marketing & PR tasks review copywritten global sales and marketing materials, such as web news, press releases, model brochures, quarterly brand publications, etc.

    ; provide content, ideas, and photo recommendations for marketing materials; edit PowerPoints and interview materials for media; Social Media Gatekeeper for obtaining release approvals:

    review and provide content for social media; and participate in any other marketing/promotional items as requested or as neededOrganize promotional products and assist with the delivery gift ideas and orderingProvide marketing input and help organize events (boat shows, showcase events, luxury industry events, industry sales events, sponsorship events, and the annual owner rendezvous as needed).

    Includes creation of banners, logos, event-specific items, and overall event design/artworkCo-manage website review and provide content/updates to web news, company pages, listings, photo updates, feature articles, general text updates, etc.


    NOTE:
    Company uses 3rd party vendor for website. This role ensures vendor is maintaining website including updates and functionality as requested.
    Implement annual US marketing per plan & budget. Reviews budget and forecasting allocations with accounting.

    Communicate with media and provide support for their needs for promoting, including interviews, sea trials, photos, videos, participation in editor's meetings, etc.

    Create and coordinate/plan content for social mediaCommunicates with copywrite team, graphic designersDirect communication with boat yard team in TaiwanMarketing Meetings with 3rd party vendorsFollow and update tasks in shared MAOR (Major Area of Responsibilities) google docThe position calls for a self-starter who can manage their time effectively, meet deadlines, and focus on detail-orientated tasks.


    The candidate should possess the following skill set:

    Highly organized, Effective time management, ability to meet deadlines, demonstrates common senseComputer & internet navigation proficiency: including Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint some Publisher) and internet searchesValid Driver's License without exceptionsAbility to travel to boat shows and meet photographers and vendors on site as needed - occasional travel to Ft.

    Lauderdale where boats are keptProfessional, confident, efficient communication and networking skills phone and in-personStrong work ethic and drive to complete tasks in a timely manner & to meet deadlinesStrong sense of accountability, as there could be instances of minimal direct supervisionExperience in a similar position and/or in luxury markets or the boating industry in office environmentBoat knowledge not required but a plus (marina, yacht, sport fishing experience or interest whether personal or professional)An understanding of Luxury marketsCreative with visual text and imagery concepts#J-18808-Ljbffr
