    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Application Engineer located in Allen, TX, with flexibility for some remote work with EndurEnergy Systems, Inc.

    The Senior Application Engineer will be responsible for technical support, electrical and mechanical engineering, and testing of EndurEnergy's Energy Storage System Solutions.

    Qualifications
    5+ years of experience in electrical engineering design, renewables or similar
    Electrical Engineering BSc, Renewable Engineering BSc or similar
    Excellent English communication skills

    Use of CAD/CAE Tools:
    AutoCAD, Solidworks, etc
    Use of MS Office
    Result oriented, strategic thinking and planning
    Experience in testing environments
    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment
    Experience with battery storage systems and renewable energy technologies is a plus
    Responsabilities
    Product and system Engineering
    Single line diagrams and schematics
    Serve as the contact for customers and partners for technical assistance, requests, and issues
    Remote (online and phone call) or on-site troubleshooting and sessions with customers
    Take full ownership of customers' technical product issues, from initial troubleshooting to resolution and communication.
    Maintain case documentation and support tickets
    Creating and maintaining the support and training documentation
    Interfacing with engineering and international teams to help resolve complex issues
    Develop new tools and approaches to solving common problems
    Provide training and webinars to promote the company's battery products
    Any other duty assigned by the company
    Reports to the Engineering Manager
