Position Summary:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be an essential part of our patient care team, focusing on providing rehabilitation services and personalized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility and functional abilities.

Location: Marlboro, NJ

Schedule: Flexible Times, 8 Hour Shifts (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' mobility and functional abilities.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Educate patients and families on their condition and treatment options.
• Stay updated on advancements in the field and maintain ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid NJ state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• CPR certification.
• Some Ortho experience needed.
