8+ years of professional experience with thorough knowledge of different operating systems, hardware, desktop peripherals, IT network systems and firewalls Service Desk management Managing a team that is responsible for both hardware and software technical support and quality standards be the POC for Service Desk operations Install hardware and software configurations install troubleshoot maintain computer systems hardware peripherals roles responsibilities EUC Service-Desk Lead weekly monthly meetings customer periodic site visits critical customer sites daily weekly monthly calls Service-Desk leads audit onsite stock updated CMDB weekly meetings partner Performance Management manage Change Requests Mattel SLA Dashboard reporting timely basis Field Services Service-Desk act First point escalation People Management Dedicated FTEs work closely Field staff implement appropriate policies manage workflow communication support customer centric programs trade shows workshops technical expertise product knowledge resolve customer issues hardware software related issues ensure customer satisfaction maintained escalate technical issues supervisors provide product feedback suggestions development team leave planning Dedicated FTEs asset refresh planning present physically onsite manage refresh activities conduct workshops Dedicated FTEs help IT support large scale Eriks events act point contact EUC Services as necessary coordinate third Parties End Users associated persons Incident Problem determination resolution OEM Co-ordination review approve partner invoices plan Resource Training Plans Team work closely Third Party Partner Network manage service provided relationships create Process Document current service Partner re-design current service new requirements manage Risks Issues action logs analysis Service provision resourcing based SLAs Assets Call Volumes Site criticality customer requirements creation review required SLAs KPIs Service Credit Penalties Creation Statement Work Documents outlining Service Requirements shared partners outlining EUC FSO support requirements
