The Manager, Operations Engineering leads a distributed team of field-based operations engineers responsible for supporting the safe, efficient and reliable operation of pipelines compressor stations measurement & regulation facilities and related midstream assets This leader sets clear expectations develops talent and fosters a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement The Manager ensures the team provides technical oversight fulfills engineering operational support responsibilities champions safety reliability guides asset management prioritization operational troubleshooting compliance with regulatory requirements collaborates closely with Field Operations Engineering Construction the rest of Asset Performance Innovation other key functions to ensure alignment priorities coordinated support Through proactive leadership drives continuous improvement innovation operational excellence across supported assets activities
