- Perform Level 1 and 2 support and handle incoming help requests from end users
- Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, and configuring systems and applications
- Build rapport and elicit problem details from customers
- Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization
- Assist in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future computer hardware needs
- Minimum of 5 years of technical experience on a trading floor performing PC support, including troubleshooting PC and operating system problems, and repairing hardware
- Experience with office administration and data feed services (such as ICE, Reuters or Bloomberg)
- Familiarity with Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with Linux, ServiceNow, SCCM/Intune and Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
