Looking to join a fast-paced group of eager, intelligent, and collegial radiologists in a physician-owned, subspecialized practice? SouthHub Radiology (SHR) is seeking a fellowship-trained, BE/BC interventional radiologist for a full-time, partnership track position in southwest Chicago.
The candidate can expect to perform a wide range of interventional procedures including dialysis access, DVT/PE interventions, trauma interventions, arterial and venous embolization, interventional oncology (Y90, TACE, and ablation), TIPS, vertebral augmentation, pediatric interventions, and more.
Our section includes 4 experienced interventional radiologists and two excellent midlevel providers.We are devoted to longitudinal clinical care including inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic and are looking for applicants with similar dedication to providing excellent patient care and comprehensive service to our referring providers.
Our group provides imaging services at four separate locations including two hospitals and two outpatient imaging centers.As a part of the interventional radiology team, you will spend all of your time between the two hospital sites.
We have an excellent working relationship with our referring providers including hepatobiliary, thoracic, transplant, and trauma surgeons, medical and radiation oncologists, gastroenterologists, pulmonologists, OB/GYNs, and urologists and meet with them weekly at a variety of multidisciplinary conferences including hepatobiliary, colorectal, and thoracic tumor board.
We also have a great working relationship with our nurses and technologists and frequently meet outside of work for happy hours, holiday parties and other celebratory events.

SHR is a member of Integrated Imaging Consultants (IIC), a consortium of physician-led Chicagoland radiology practices with a stable relationship and contract with Advocate Aurora Health.
SHR is the exclusive provider of radiology services for Advocate Christ Medical Center, Advocate South Suburban Hospital and several outpatient facilities.
Advocate Christ Medical Center is an 800-bed, level 1 trauma center and one of the major referral centers for a number of specialties, including oncology, cardiovascular, transplant (kidney, heart, lung), and women's health.
