    LOCATION:

    • Fort Mill, SC (hybrid wfh flex)

    WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

    • Strong People Leader, demonstrated experience developing and mentoring teammates in large, matrix environments.
    • Ability to own your business, meet with stakeholders, great communication skills. Reliable, responsive cadence around follow up with stakeholders is extremely important.
    • Provide functional guidance in goal setting processes and training in conjunction with regional field resources and their respective sales rep initiatives.
    • Develop initiatives to improve sales effectiveness through reporting and tools including field management input and training.
    • Manage process improvement tools with vendors and seek to consistently optimize relationships that tie to the best interests of organization.
    • Lead the process of monthly/quarterly goal development and reporting.

    THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

    • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar discipline.
    • 6 to 8 years commission plan management/development or similar experience.
    • Database concentration or experience a plus.
    • Ability to manage priorities/multiple projects while working unsupervised for long periods.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as internal and external customer service skills that translate into professional and courteous relationships.
