    Responsibilities




    Position Summary:


    The Internal Communications Intern will ensure the consistency of the HearingLife brand in communications and be a strategic partner in leading change, generating creative solutions, and managing the complexities of messaging and content.

    The Internal Communications Intern will play an active role in delivering an exceptional communication experience by using a multi-channel communication to provide relevant, concise, and meaningful content to our Team Members.


    Essential Job Functions:

    • Partner with department leads to draft, edit, and distribute companywide communications
    • Create and publish communication materials across multiple platforms
    • Organize, edit, and distribute slide presentations for biweekly clinic cascade calls
    • Prepare and edit articles for our internal newsletter
    • Collaborate on change communication and education strategy development as needed
    • Ensure communications are delivered in a tone that is relevant to HearingLife's culture and values
    • Create communication strategies and ensure project deliverables remain on track and on time
    • Additional duties as assigned



    Qualifications




    Education and Experience:

    • Pursuing a degree in Communications or related major
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and editorial skills are necessary
    • Ability to balance changing priorities and meet deadlines
    • Ability to problemsolve, selfstarter, good time management, creative with the ability to communicate in a professional manner
    • Comfortable with design concepts for internal materials
    • Computer literacy; Microsoft Office Suites, Canva and Asana experience preferred
    • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
    • Have fulltime status at an accredited fouryear college or university in the United States
    • Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application
    • Must attach a copy of unofficial transcript
