    Neonatologist Opportunity - Level II NICU

    Setting Location:

    Rapid City, SD Full-Time, permanent position Position OverviewA board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologist is sought to join a growing Neonatology program in Rapid City.

    The physician will practice at a 417-bed regional referral and Level II Trauma Center featuring a 28-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).Position Highlights Provide comprehensive care for infants of all gestational ages and critical conditions Manage advanced respiratory support, including high-frequency oscillation and inhaled nitric oxide Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team providing 24/7 NICU coverage Access to advanced imaging and diagnostics (CT, MRI, echocardiography) with rapid interpretation Serve as a key member of a well-established regional referral programCompensation & Benefits Competitive salary and incentive structure Starting and retention bonuses Paid relocation and moving allowance Malpractice coverage Annual CME reimbursement Comprehensive physician benefits packageQualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology Eligibility for South Dakota medical licensure Commitment to high-quality, family-centered neonatal careCommunity DescriptionLocated in the foothills of the beautiful Black Hills, Rapid City offers a safe, family-friendly, four-season community with abundant outdoor recreation - including hiking, fishing, camping, and skiing.
