The Dean and Barbara White Southlake YMCA is seeking an enthusiastic driven individual to serve as our next Program Director for the Gymnastics Dance Nina and Cheer Center this role involves leading a dedicated team across these programs delivering high-quality activities to over children each week with more than members our YMCA is the fastest-growing association in the United StatesQualifications
- Current USA Gymnastics Safety Certification or obtain within first days of hire
- years of related instruction coaching and lesson planning in gymnastics dance cheer and/or ninja
- Practical knowledge of progressive skill building as related directly to instructional gymnastics working knowledge of USA gymnastics
