- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid teaching license in Mathematics (state-specific certification required).
- Prior experience teaching high school math, preferably in an urban or diverse setting.
- Strong content knowledge in high school math subjects, including algebra, geometry, calculus, and statistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, families, and colleagues.
