**Participate in project work, including in-depth analysis, requirements definition, and comprehensive testing.
Identify opportunities for system enhancements, meticulously document business needs, and determine development requirements.
Collaborate closely with programmers and users to ensure the accuracy and quality of new developments and enhancements.
Consult on development processes and prepare essential documentation for various initiatives.
Provide timely status updates to project managers on behalf of the development and platform teams.
Engage in conversion planning, maintenance, and development projects, including thorough analysis and conversion testing.
Execute special projects, conduct rigorous systems testing, and manage other assigned duties to support team objectives.
What You'll Bring:
**Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar analytical or systems-focused role.
Proven ability to conduct thorough analysis, define clear requirements, and execute comprehensive testing.
Strong understanding of system enhancement identification and business needs documentation.
Experience working collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills for providing status updates and preparing documentation.
