Nurse Supervisor of RN Navigator team. Facilitates teamwork and collaboration interdepartmentally Performance evals Ensure highest quality of care provided Demonstrates continuous performance improvement in navigation program Oversee nursing navigation team and nursing practice
Responsibilities
- Oversees and/or teaches others specialized knowledge and skills necessary to perform techniques and routines in area of specialty.
- Provides operational management of daily patient care services.
- Assesses, monitors, and evaluates systems for delivery of care.
- About 10 other duties as assigned by the company company
