    Sales and Marketing Manager opportunity

    Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Sales

    • Oversees and directs all sales personnel.
    • Recommend/hire candidates for all sales related positions when necessary.
    • Perform employee reviews/evaluations as needed.
    • Establishes the strategy, direction, and implementation of the sales and marketing plan for the sales department and oversees the progress.
    • Provide annual sales and marketing operation business plan and budget.
    • Develops and increases sales revenues and profit margins to meet assigned targets.
    • Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
    • Work very closely with sales to analyze feedback and to ensure company goals are aligned and implemented.
    • Maintain accurate records of all pricing, costing, quotes, expenses, customer information and submit activity reports.

    Marketing

    • Ensure all marketing content is planned while promoting Liberty brand as a top priority. Assist in creating innovative ways to grow brand and product awareness with existing and new customer base.
    • Design digital and print advertisements and assist in writing articles for various trade publications, newsletters, and websites. Negotiate advertising rates with publications, and track expenses to be in line with the advertising budget.
    • Create content and coordinate production of case studies, application briefs, brochures, and PowerPoint presentations to align Liberty brand identity and proper company image.
    • Lead execution of social media content across promotional platforms: website, blog posts, newsletters, and LinkedIn, etc. Ensure promotional and content strategies are implemented.
    • Plan and organize all material, booth layout, and promotional items for tradeshows.
    • Select publications each year and fulfill the Ad schedule for the year.
    • Conduct email marketing campaigns and provide qualified leads to the sales team.
    • Perform support work specific to sales and marketing through data collection, surveys, compilation, research, records maintenance, and custom reports.
    • Assist in collecting and evaluating key competitor marketing materials throughout the year. Conduct research and evaluate new emerging industry trends.
    • Develop and manage marketing materials inventory. Work closely with sales to ensure the material needed for each tradeshow, including promotional items.

    Computer Skills

    • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Proficient in Graphic Design with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign etc.).
    • CRM, project management experience would be preferred.

    Job Type

    • Full-time- Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in the office.

    Education and/or Experience

    • Minimum bachelors degree in marketing or equivalent.
    • 2-5 years of previous experience in an administrative role in marketing is preferred.
    • Experience in graphic content development, organization, B2B marketing, WordPress experience, email marketing, video editing etc. is preferred.
    • Excellent writing and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
    • Strong attention to detail, time management, budget, and decision-making skills.
