    Be a part of helping our members reach their goals Join the Consumer Loan Servicing team to assist members in purchasing their dream car or boat Join the CoVantage Credit Union family where the focus is providing exceptional service and outstanding value to our members.

    Job duties:

    • Gather and provide information to complete post-closing requirements.
    • Work with Member Services staff to finalize collateralized loans, liens on titled collateral, filing UCCs, and securing documents for scanning.
    • Assist Member Services staff with loan related duties including, but not limited to, loan title work, UCCs, and Consumer paid loan report.
    • Prepare lien releases and lien guarantees for members/insurance companies and dealerships.
    • Follow up on insurance claims, loan payoffs, and other programs.
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Preferably have previous experience with loan document or lending workflows
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows programs
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people.
    • Above average accuracy and attention to detail
    • Must be bondable.
