Job Responsibilities

Under limited supervision, employee will provide rapid and mobile crisis intervention services in cooperation with county first responders to individuals who are best reached in their communities in order to efficiently meet needs for immediate safety/de-escalation and referral to appropriate level of follow -up care. In addition to normal work schedule, employee will take on-call shifts for hourly pay to assist in providing 24/7 crisis response. Provides services in a culturally sensitive.

*Provides emergency assessments of clients experiencing crisis
*Serve as a provider of crisis intervention services
*Participate in Intake/Mobile Crisis

Minimum and Additional Requirements

A master's degree in guidance, counseling, or the social sciences.
Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish (or another language) are a plus.
