- The Nurse Chart Auditor will be responsible for the monthly auditing of charts and will be required to lead the monthly Chart Audit Committee. The Nurse Chart Auditor will need to conduct any training and education that is needed as a result of those audits. The Nurse Chart Auditor will work with Third Party Auditors to defend facility charges as well as work with Customer Service on any patient requested audits.

- Completion of Vocational Nursing Program or Associate's Degree in Nursing
