    Description
    The Surveillance Infection Prevention Specialist is a specialized position with a focus on infectious disease surveillance and reporting. This role is expected to work in a predominantly autonomous fashion and should not require mentorship in their role.

    The role will work closely with other surveillance IP specialists and analysts as part of an overall system surveillance program.

    Required qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Lab Sciences, Microbiology or related health science field. Or equivalent education/experience.
    • National Certified in Infection Control - Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology within 1 year of hire.
    • 1 year Healthcare Experience
    • 1 year Epidemiology Experience

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Master's Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Lab Sciences, Microbiology or related health science field. Or equivalent education/experience.
    • 4 years Healthcare Experience
    • 2 years Epidemiology Experience

    $44.24, Max: $70.03

    Eastern Washington (Spokane, Pasco)


    Min:
    $39.36, Max: $62.32

    Montana (Missoula)


    Min:
    $35.62, Max: $56.38

    Texas (Lubbock)


    Min:
    $33.74, Max: $53.42
